Our role as Coach is to facilitate discovery as well as the professional development of the individual. Our experience has found that coaching accelerates progress by providing focus and awareness. It concentrates on where the client is now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future. An important ingredient in the coaching relationship is the recognition by the client that results are a matter of their intentions, choices and actions, and that our role as Coach is to provide the right environment where those intentions, choices and actions can become a reality. Our coaching assignments focus on helping our clients adjust to new organisational realities and not just survive, but thrive.
