We are highly experienced in stimulating self awareness and open dialogue in potentially threatening group learning situations. We have been using 360 feedback in this context for some 20 years and have a thoroughly proven methodology for this which is designed easily and efficiently to adapt to each clients’ distinctive ‘DNA’. We take extra care in the overall intervention design to ensure that learning is embedded by follow-on processes such as peer/manager coaching/mentoring, action learning etc. We provide training for internal coaches & mentors and run group ‘supervision’ sessions to support them in this work.
