Organisational Change and Development

With new and ever increasing demands placed on organisations the need to respond rapidly and effectively is becoming more and more critical. However, it is not organisations who change it is people, so how do you ensure your people engage with the organisation’s agenda. We help organisations to stimulate that engagement with their people and to create real momentum for change. We specialise in the leadership of cultural change. For example we have just completed a programme with 150 managers across a multinational utilities organisation.

The programme was about winning the ‘hearts and minds’ of this key strategic group and energising and motivating them to deliver on the change. The programme was run over 3 modules of 8 days in total and included inter-modular consultancy assignments. The support and feedback for the programme has been extremely positive and a significant shift in attitudes and behaviours has already been realised.
